I first purchased a new Lexus from Wilde lexus in 2006 (RX 350). It was a great experience and I have stayed in touch with Wilde Lexus all this time. I have just purchased a new Lexus (RX 350) on 17 June,2013. I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Noah Hochberg (Sales)and Mr. Bill Longo (Delivery Specialist) through out this pleasant experience. I have nothing but very high praise for all the extra time and effort that Noah put into getting me what I wanted and at a reasonable price. After the sale was agreed upon Mr. Bill Longo took over and lead me through all the instructions on how to understand my new lexus and how to get the best performance from all it had to offer. That included the new high technology and how to operate it. Bill never got upset at me when I would ask him over and over to explain and area that I was having a problem understanding. I highly recommend Wilde Lexus, Mr. Noah Hochberg and Mr. Bill Longo.

I have been a Lexus customer for close to 20 years. The lady I worked with was Brittany. She always has a smile on her face. The whole dealership is friendly and helpful. I have known Jay for years and this dealership in particular will always have my business. This is the first time I have written a experience, but they are always the same. GREAT!

I came in without an appointment, expecting to wait and perhaps be turned away for another day. Debbie Millis was wonderful! She gave me a loaner and had the problem fixed by the end of the day. There was no inconvenience whatsoever, and she could not have been more accommodating. Thank you Debbie, and thank you Lexus!

We recently moved to Sarasota from East Texas. I've always owned Cadillac cars because the only dealer that was close was in Tyler, Texas. When we purchased a new car, we made it a Lexus because of the dealership nearby. Boy I am glad we did! I was just "wowed" today with customer service above and beyond anything I have experienced in the past.

Dee was a real professional. It is nice to have someone really interested in me...the customer. There are no words to express my complete satisfaction with the service I recieved today.

We have been extemely pleased with our experience's at Wilde Lexus of Sarasota. The service department has been exceptional to work with, very friendly, knowledgabe, and always meeting their commitments. Our Service representative, Dee Logan, is a real asset to this dealership. Most recently we purchased a new Rx350. Dee Logan suggested with work with Brad Smith in the sales department. Brad is one of the most knowledgeable sales people we have ever met. His low key approach to working with customers made us feel very confortable with our purchase.He also spent considerable time in the delivery process and explained everything we needed to know. Anyone who selects this dealership for sales or service will be extremely pleased. They're the best!

Stopped by this dealership to look at used cars before going to the Ford dealership to buy a Fusion. Jim greeted us and pointed out the cars that met our desired specs. He was very knowledgeable and helpful; not at all pushy. The car we liked was about $5000 more than we wanted to pay, so he met us halfway. He didn't play games with us or treat us like we were stupid, like some car salesmen do. I would definitely buy another car from him.

We loved the service and professionalism of Adrian at the dealership. We also like that it is a low pressure type of dealership and that we were not pushed into a sale just for a sale. We will definitely recommend both Adrian and Wilde Lexus to our friends.

For many years we have been dedicated Honda buyers. We have never had a problem with our HOndas. This time we decided to try a Lexus because of the luxury classification. Our experience could not have been better. We felt so so spoiled at this dealership and I don't know that I have ever experienced anything like it at a car dealership before. Peter was outstanding!! Absolutely outstanding. He represents Lexus in a stellar way. Wish he worked for us! Seriously. He is a wonderful salesman. He was very attentive, gave us the price we hoped for on both the new car and the trade in and was not pushy at all and very knowledgeable as well. We are very pleased we made this choice and don't honestly think we have ever seen such a professional and pleasant dealership in our 60 plus years of living! LOL You cannot go wrong going to Lexus of Sarasota. I am thrilled we are close to them!!!!!

Noah Hochberg was very professional, knowlegable and courteous. Overall exprience was wonderful. In the future if I desire a new vehicle I will definitely do business with Wilde Lexus.
