Bill Grunert was extremely polite, and thorough yet efficient. I had a limited amount of time the evening I came in, and appreciated that he was short and to the point. I am a woman in my 30's, but was not "talked down to" in any way whatsoever. I did not feel pressure to buy. When he gave me the dealership's discounted price, I countered, giving him what I felt to be a fair price. That price was accepted. I had my Prius less than one week later. Picking up the new car and filling out the paperwork took less than an hour and a half. I would recommend Wilde Toyota to buyers in the Milwaukee area. More
