I just bought my second car from Willowbrook Kia. We went back because the service was great last time!! We happened to get the same dealer who sold us our van about 8 years ago. I had an amazing experience working with Simeon! I came in to buy a car and he went above and beyond to help me with all the paperwork and to find an affordable loan. Would not recommend this dealership. Was told by the salesman and a sales manager that I would get sent over a worksheet with number break down on a car I was interested in. Never receiv Was told by the salesman and a sales manager that I would get sent over a worksheet with number break down on a car I was interested in. Never received it. Went in anyways because I was passing the dealership so I decided to stop in. Salesman still would not bring a worksheet with number break downs on it. Just writing a monthly payment number on a blank sheet of paper with nothing to back that number up thinking I’m clueless. Then tells me the car I want is a “test/demo vehicle” and he can’t sell it but over the phone the day prior it was available and ready to be sold? A lot of stuff not adding up. Don't recommend this dealership More

Matt at Willowbrook Ford did a great job today processing my Escape through the service department. I thought it would take. Two or three hours to service my Escape. It only took an hour and a half to comple my Escape through the service department. I thought it would take. Two or three hours to service my Escape.
