All the employees were friendly and knowledgeable. We had our service dog in training with us and she was also accepted. Our salesperson was the only person we had to talk to although many others came by to say hi and pet the dog. Our salesman, Greg McMillin, was easy to communicate with, was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. He was very patient answering our multitude of questions. We felt he took the time to honestly get to know us. We couldn't think of anything that could have been better, it was a very satisfying experience. More

Amazing Car Experience I initially went into Subaru of Wilsonville to help my niece with her car lease purchase. The Sales Team was amazing in taking their time with her an I initially went into Subaru of Wilsonville to help my niece with her car lease purchase. The Sales Team was amazing in taking their time with her and the Finance Team took the time to really help her find the best deal for her as a recent college grad. I was so impressed with Kevin's knowledge of the cars and the safety of the vehicles, that I brought my husband back the next day to look at Outbacks. We both appreciated the "No Bull" process. There was no pressure to make a decision and we were able to walk out with a car we never thought we would have been able to own. Kevin has been amazing in checking in with us during our first week of ownership and I will continue to suggest him and Subaru of Wilsonville to my friends and family if there are ever in the market for a new car. He took me on a couple test drives to compare a few different models, and we went over some financing options and add-ons. He was patient in explaining all the features of the car and going over the financing terms. I drove away happy that I bought the exact car that I wanted on very favorable terms.
