I fully understand this was a "car sale", but I didn't get the feeling I was being set up by a "car salesman", like often happens at car dealerships. Eric was a total professional. I drove home in a car much better than I expected to, at a price that should be manageable. Also helpful in the process was the fact that unbeknownst to me, a friend from the neighborhood works in the dealership (not sure if I should toss out his name), and he helped fill the gaps in the process with conversation. Although the problems i had with my Jeep, i had absolutly no trouble having service repair the problem. The loaner car i received was capable of fitting my needs for a vehicle and my lifestyle. 2010 Malibu which sticker window said average 33 mpg and we have had car since June 201o and have not averaged more that 27mpg. I owned a 2004 malibu with a 6 cylinder 3 speed automatic and we avereaged the same amount of mpg..the 2010 has a 4 cylinder 6 speed automatic. Took car in for service and supposedly did diagnostic but did not inform us of results. Took care for recall and oil change. More
