I called and scheduled a 10am appt for an oil change - first service of new car. I asked how long service for a simple oil change and the response was about 45min. The service clerk recommended I check in early if possible. I arrived at 0930 and checked in (Alaina was awesome - very friendly and helpful!) I left to walk around Kailua and returned at 1100. Car was still sitting in the parking lot. She said it was next ... then it would be 45 min. (What's the point of the 10 am appt?) Car finally done at 1230 ... 3 hours and $230 for a simple oil change and check up. That's about 30 min and $100 at Jiffy lube. Car wasn't cleaned out, didn't wash anything, tires weren't rotated ... I won't be coming back - the wasted time and overpriced service isn't worth it. More

Trying to call service department is impossible. No one answers the phone. Since they didn't answer the phone I went down in person. When I got there there were to people at the desk. Neither of them were doing anything so I don't know why they couldn't answer the phone. When I asked about scheduling an appointment the soonest they could get me in would in about 2 months. We suspected that the problem with my car wasn't the car, but the charger. They were good enough to say they could order it for me just in case. I asked how long it would take and the service guy said that he didn't know so I asked if we check with the parts department people. He said no because they were closing up. It was still 20 minutes before they closed so I don't understand why he couldn't just ask them. I ended up going to another dealer who could get me in under a week and order my charger which would take only 3-5 business days. In the meantime Windward Ford has still not called me back regarding the status of the charging cable that they said that they ordered for me. Not happy at all with them. More
