When making my service appointment, I explained the exact nature of the problem concerning the control arm bushings being worn causing uneven wear to both front tires outer edges. After inspecting my vehicl nature of the problem concerning the control arm bushings being worn causing uneven wear to both front tires outer edges. After inspecting my vehicle, the techs related that no wear issues were discovered with the control arm bushings. However, photos taken from the tire center where I took the vehicle to check on un-evenly worn front tires clearly showed that both bushings were showing signs of cracking and wear. The reason I chose to bring the vehicle into Ford, instead of having it repaired at the tire service center, was because my extended warranty covered this issue. I left Ford with the problem unresolved. I will have to make an appointment to have the bushings repaired at the service center without the benefit of my extended warranty covering the repair. I don't understand why the service techs at Ford didn't see the problem with the bushings. Needless to say, I'm very dissatisfied with Portion of the service. I feel like I went to Ford with a specific problem to be repaired, and was told that that problem that didn't exist. More

Scheduled a general service and was offered 3 packages and chose the least expensive and after completed I looked back at previous cost and was charged considerably more. Will has a shown an example of outstanding customer service! he updates me from time to time with whats going on with my car and how much longer I have to wait, and not just that I feel like theres a DJ calling me with his very modulated voice from my voicemail! I have been a loyal customer of ford since 2017. Since I live town I have been going to Honolulu ford for services since I bought my ford explorer 2020 from Fordwindward. But Oh God Honolulu ford has a very terrible service they even broke my car seat adjuster because they left a trainee to fix my car. no compensation or refund on the amount I spent that day which was rediculously expensive over a freaking wiper blade. Anyway, I am just now glad that I came back to Windward Ford branch. I hope they will continue to be of great service to their loyal customers! Thanks again to Will Soong for helping me out! - and oh I wish I was able to get a loaner car since I went there for a Recall, I have to catch a uber going back home since it will be ready the next day. not really a big deal but it would be nice if there was a loaner. My battery died got a jump drove to dealer and after checking to see if they had my battery in stock, they fit me in right then. I was out about 1 1/2 hour later!! They also did 50 point inspection but failed to fill up my windshield wiper fluid so I know it wasn’t as thorough as usual. More
