I have been asking for this vehicle to be fixed and I am just being strung along. The customer service has excuses so as to not fix the problems of this brand new lighting. I recently had a disappointing experience with this dealership. Despite explicitly instructing them to perform only an oil change, they went ahead and conducted a full 10,000-mile service, resulting in dealership. When I contacted them to address this issue, they suggested measures to prevent such occurrences in the future, yet they had already ignored my initial instructions. I expressed my dissatisfaction, noting previous unsatisfactory experiences at this location and stating that this incident solidified my decision not to return. The staff appeared indifferent and made no efforts to rectify the situation or offer any form of accommodation. It's evident that customer service is not a priority for them, likely due to their monopoly as the only dealership on this side of the island. Despite the convenience of being just minutes from my home, I will not be returning due to the poor service and lack of consideration for customer satisfaction. More
