After an unexpected break down on the freeway and needing a new to me vehicle, they listened to my concerns, what i needed in a new to me vehicle and got me into another great Tahoe. I was able to leave my o a new to me vehicle, they listened to my concerns, what i needed in a new to me vehicle and got me into another great Tahoe. I was able to leave my other vehicle at tge lit while making arrangements for transport. There wasn't any pressure from tge sales team and the mechanic that checked tge old suv listened to my thoughts and saved me a ton of money by not doing unnecessary testing. More

As a widowed 80 year old female I went to Wendy's looking for a car for under $7,000.00 I ended up with a car that was quoted by the salesman to be $7,000.00 but the managent told me 10,999.00 They also sol for a car for under $7,000.00 I ended up with a car that was quoted by the salesman to be $7,000.00 but the managent told me 10,999.00 They also sold me a $3,800.00 maintenance contract. Yes, I should have refused but the sales tactic and pressure got to me and I signed. I saw my mistake the next day and tried to return it. I was met with harsh words and denied by the management. My children are furious with me and are in the process of taking over legal responsibily from me. Please stand up to these "nice" bullies. More
