Winn VW I asked for several things to be done. Oil change, check AC, trunk was falling by on my head, Bluetooth staticky (sp), phone address book not hooking I asked for several things to be done. Oil change, check AC, trunk was falling by on my head, Bluetooth staticky (sp), phone address book not hooking up to car. AC needed service and oil was changed. They decided my trunk was working fine, no need to fix. Don’t have my vents pointing at the Bluetooth speaker, otherwise they couldn’t find anything wrong. Address book still not linked phone-car. So they had my car for 6 hrs and decided what they wanted to fix. Oh, and said the MDI cable was discontinued when i dropped it off. At pick up they said i could order one. So, i left with no cable still. Oh and I never received a call my car was ready. But was told I did. Later apologized for that. More

90,000 mile service to VW Jetta 2013 I would appreciate it had my back up taillight not working could have been discovered and fixed. True it would have been helpful had I mentioned this. Here’s the deal. I dropped my son off to pick up his car at Foreign Auto Repair. They replaced this back up light for me. Free. No charge for bulb nor labor. Now you can’t beat this! More

This is my first car-purchase experience and it was very enjoyable. I like the family-own, family-run culture. My questions and needs were addressed in a friendly and professional manner. Throughout the process, It did NOT have the typical large dealership's "sharks-circling-victim" feel. Special shout out to Anthony (G.M.) and his team. I ended up getting a 2016 VW Tiguan. More

From the moment my husband and I walked in I was greeted by salesman, Nyguyen Le and owner John Winn. They were extremely nice and welcoming, unlike my previous experience with Mazda. I test drove a Volkswagen SEL. The salesman, Nguyen, was extremely knowledgeable about all the car’s features and answered all my questions. At no point did I feel pressured to buy and that’s something I appreciated. The Volkswagen SEL drove smoothly and it’s interior was everything I was looking for. The entire leasing experience was great from beginning to end. I recommend to all my friends to go to Winn Volkswagen if they are looking for a new car and exceptional customer service! More
Very poor customer service policies Repeatedly unable to replicate my problem/fix the issue. While the car is at the dealership, they do not provide loaners. No rentals. No reimbursement Repeatedly unable to replicate my problem/fix the issue. While the car is at the dealership, they do not provide loaners. No rentals. No reimbursement for rentals. No pickups (while car is with them). When I asked how I would get to the dealership without a car, I was told to Uber! They did make a "special exception" and picked me up though. This is not my first car.. but definitely one of the worst experiences with a car dealership. More
