My Review of Winslow BMW:
He worked very hard to find the car I might be interested in buying. Worked hard to come to a purchase price we could all live with.

The car was detailed and ready to go when he told me it would be ready. There were no floormats in the car and Jim ordered some for me and I picked them up yesterday.

I think the dealership was very accomodating and friendly.

My Review of Winslow BMW:
We went in looking for a BMW X3 when we were taken to an Infiniti Ex35 there.
Though it was readied for another customer, we were given preference just because we arrived there earlier - that's what impressed us the most. Their ethics didn't waver and they stuck to a first come first serve business principle.

They dealt with both parties in a professionally proficient manner. Good job!

My Review of Winslow BMW:
By far the best buying experience of my life, and I'm 50 years old. Bob Evans is a true pro. Never once pushed me. I loved that I only worked with him throughout the process. I was stunned at the lack of high pressure. I will steer people interested in BMWs toward Bob. Very passionate and knowledgeable about cars, in particular BMWs. A great representative for your company. And just to be clear, I had never met him before I stepped foot inside the dealership today.

Bill was excellent!
Took time, very pleasant, explained everything!
Got the paper work right, first time!

Had gone to the Mercedes Benz dealership, had a terrible time!
They were doing me a favor!

Bill is your man!
I was just looking and bought a car on the spot!

Everyone at the BMW dealership was great.
They went out of their way to make my purchase a very enjoyable.

My Review of Winslow BMW:
First I would like to say the sales staff here is awesome! Buying a car I would highly recommend this dealership. However if you ever have any questions or problems with your car, don't even bother. Coming to this dealership or even calling is complete and total waste of time. If you can ever get someone on the phone they never seem to be the correct person to talk to to. When you have to go in to the dealership for yearly service or have an issue with the car, you sit around waiting for about 20 mins to even be greeted. Then it takes them another 20 mins to find the time in their precious work day to find out what you need. They are rude and condesending in the service and parts department. And reception for incoming calls, so sorry I bothered trying to explain why I was calling so I didn't get the running around once again. I have had 3 different dealings with the service and parts department and am so happy I am moving out of state so I never have to be bothered with this type of treatment again. Good luck if you decide to not take my advice and drive to a Denver dealership.

My Review of Winslow BMW:
We had a wonderful experience with this dealership and our salesperson, Bob Evans. We purchased a brand new 2012 X3 and could not be happier with the car so far. Bob was helpful, friendly, and kind to us. He also gave my little boy (who is four months old) a BMW Teddy Bear as a gift, which made our new BMW car pickup day extra special. In addition, Bob was excellent at helping us order our custom car and stayed on top of the entire production process, informing us of the steps along the way and ensuring that we would receive our car very quickly. If fact, we received our car in less than three weeks from the day we placed our custom order! Everyone that we encountered at Winslow BWM was friendly and helpful and we are so pleased with our purchase. I recommend Bob Evans and the Winslow BMW Dealership very highly!
