I am a otr truck driver. I was heading home for my reset. Noticed my front end making noise, was getting progressively word on the ride back to carroll. Told him what was going on and what my needs were. And he didn't hesitate to help me in anyway he could. I was only home for the night before needing to head out again. Jim and Travis hooked me up with a loaner vehicle so I could get the rest if the way to my house. And allowed me to keep it til my ram was completed. Service was very fast at getting the parts and completing the work. I really enjoy working with everyone at this dealership. I really can't say enough good things. I've dealt with everyone here and really couldn't be happier. I plan to do all my vehicle business here as much as possible. Thank you. More
