Untruthful Salesman I bought a new Ram 1500 after being told that it had a 3.55 rear end by a salesman named Tom. After finding out it had a 3.21 rear end I went back to I bought a new Ram 1500 after being told that it had a 3.55 rear end by a salesman named Tom. Dodge Ram Service 2 1/2 weeks ago, I was having problems with warning lights, and overheating. I dropped my truck off on a Saturday morning, and talked with Tim on Mon 2 1/2 weeks ago, I was having problems with warning lights, and overheating. I dropped my truck off on a Saturday morning, and talked with Tim on Monday. Make a long story short, they wound up replacing the engine. Reason was a failed water pump. Had to go back a few days after pick up, for 2 fouled spark plugs. Tim told me the old engine would be sent back to engineering for complete analysis. I am hopeful when to dust settles, I can learn why to water pump failed. More

These Jeep service staff members routinely go MANY extra miles to service my Jeep. Recently, my Jeep's headliner began sagging; I asked them to either repair it or send it out to a body shop. Their service technician took a good look at what my Jeep needed, and, not being able to find it (not making the part anymore) he used my old frame, bought supplies at a fabric store, and made a new one for me. I ordered a 2013 Ram 3500 diesel dually with the tow package, paid a $1000 deposit. Went to arrange to have a fifth wheel hitch installed upon receipt of the vehicle, so I could begin my carefree life o package, paid a $1000 deposit. Went to arrange to have a fifth wheel hitch installed upon receipt of the vehicle, so I could begin my carefree life of retirement and travel. It was at the hitch installer that I saw a bulletin that said the 2013 Ram 3500 diesel dually with the tow package does not come with a trailer brake control. It is an after market accessory. I checked Ford and GM diesel dually with a tow package and, of course, a trailer brake control is standard.equipment because IT IS A TOW VEHICLE! Next, I looked at reviews of the after market trailer brake controls available for the 2013 Dodge Ram 3500 diesel dually and they are spotty. Some may work with one model and not another, some are failing. So, I'm thinking if I'm going down the hill and suddenly find a trailer up my butt, who will care? Hey, it's after market, you take your chances. So, I went back to Wolfchase Chrysler Dodge Jeep, told them to cancel the order and refund my deposit. The quote was "We're going to be getting a truck in here that will be sitting here this time next year. The deposit is not refundable". Of course it will sit there a long time. IT IS A TOW VEHICLE WITHOUT A TRAILER BRAKE CONTROL! More
