Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are sorry to hear that you left feeling disappointed and frustrated after your visit with our service department. Our team’s recommendation was based on uneven rear brake pad wear caused by caliper slide issues, which can sometimes affect the inner brake pads differently than the outer pads and may not present obvious symptoms such as noise, pulling, or brake pedal changes. We understand that receiving a different opinion afterward understandably led to concerns about the recommendation that was made. After speaking with management, we did offer to have you return for a complimentary inspection where we could review the findings together and physically show you what our technicians observed on your vehicle. While we respect your decision not to proceed further, we never want any customer to feel pressured or uncertain about recommended repairs. We appreciate your feedback, as transparency and trust are extremely important to us. Your concerns were taken seriously and discussed internally with our team. We are sorry we were unable to regain your confidence and wish you all the best moving forward.

It is extremely important to us to make sure your vehicle is performing properly before you take possession in order to protect your investment. After our email chain, we reached out via phone and left a voice message, as we were determined to help you out and help improve this situation, but weren't able to reach you. We have a variety of warranty coverages for the odd case that it is needed and allow each customer to choose how much protection they would like on the vehicle.
