I worked with Nate who is, as usual, kind, helpful, and my go-to guy. He helped me with buying tires in the past and ever since then is someone I trust for future needs with my car. Car was dropped off at 12 pm for a 12:30-4. 30 time slot for oil change. We were never called for pickup. No answer at the dealership when calling at 5:30. We went to the dealership knowing the service department would close at 6. The work had just started on the car. We were met with a bunch of excuses about being short staffed. If that was a problem, we should have been rescheduled when the car was dropped off. Poor communication and management. We will not return to the dealership for future service. More

This place is aweson the employee's are very nice specifically Nathan's he was helping with my tired rotation on my car he took the time to explain what it need it to be done the next time I come. I thoroughly enjoy the ease of making an appointment online, showing up all ready to be serviced, and an enjoyable waiting area. I have had a different service advisor each time, but each one has been online, showing up all ready to be serviced, and an enjoyable waiting area. I have had a different service advisor each time, but each one has been helpful and not pushy about extra services available...they just let me know what can be done. All the service advisors have been very respectful and friendly. Very happy to have my Rogue serviced by Wood Nissan! More
