We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to wait far longer than expected—especially knowing you had to be at work by 2:00. That kind of delay just shouldn’t happen when you’ve made it clear you’re on a schedule, and we take that seriously. We also apologize for the oil change indicator not being reset. That’s a small detail that has a big impact, and it’s even more frustrating when you’ve made the trip all the way from Overland Park. We’d like to make this right.
