Bought a 26 Nissan Frontier Pro 4X Roush back in March. During the negotiations, I point this advertising out to the salesperson and they tell me that after confirming with his manager that the sales tax was still my responsibility, but the dealer would be the ones cutting the check for me which made it no different than paying it myself. This in of itself was misleading advertising and then I find out the rebate was taken off the table if I went with the lower rate. Keep in mine the advertisements did not say one or the other it was a combined offer(it showed a + sign in between the offers (meaning in addition to). I even spoke with the sales manager(who is no longer with the dealer now) and he said the advertisement was just to get people in the door which is very shady. Also, the dealer never sent me a review form to fill out even after I emailed requesting one. The truck apparently did not have a proper PDI as I found chips out of the paint upon inspection of the truck when we arrived to look it over. The truck also had a faulty tie rod that had to be replaced which should have been caught before we took delivery as the steering was off. The only positive thing I can say about the dealer was the F&I guy was great to deal with. The only reason we went with the truck despite all the misleading xx was it was the exact configuration/color we wanted and there were not any others within a 3 hour radius. I would not deal with this dealer again based upon the shady advertising/bait and switch tactics as well as the poor PDI procedures. More
I purchased a 2025 Kicks Play in Feb. , 2026. I would definitely recommend the salesman. He was patient in answering my many questions, and helped me in other different ways. It was the fi , 2026. We purchased an extended warranty for over $4000. We changed our mind and signed the paper to cancel in plenty of time. However, the finance man, at the dealership, did not help me to find out why it hasn't been canceled. I don't think he ever turned in the request. I had to call the warranty company several times, and call the dealership several times myself to figure out the delay. I was able to bypass the dealership and it is in the process of being canceled. The warranty company had no record of the cancelation. Did the dealership actually ever make the cancelation? I wonder. I was very disappointed and upset. I am a senior with health issues. It is hard to cope with things like this. I think the professional service and respect should carry over even after the car is purchased! More
I scheduled service for our 2021 nissan rouge sport to have new tires and have the oil changed, when scheduling we were told they were doing a buy 3 tires get 1 free promotion going on and that they price have new tires and have the oil changed, when scheduling we were told they were doing a buy 3 tires get 1 free promotion going on and that they price matched with competitors around the area so to look at the competition which we did. When we went in we were given a couple of options for tires 876 and 763 neither of which seemed like a buy 3 get one free deal. When asking about this buy 3 get 1 free deal I was told that it had ended 5/1 hmmm.. well we had scheduled service 5/11... So since we were there we decided to get the 763 dollar tires but I also looked online because we were pretty certain we saw lower price tires when pricing tires online. So we looked at Discount Tires and low and behold they were 664 there when we brought this up to the service people they said they would take the new tires off and we could get them from there then... I was shocked, so I asked you do not price match even though the paper work they had just given me said they did.. we are talking about a hundred dollars I am not for sure what kind of margins they are doing but if you can't give a discount of one hundred dollars for the exact same tires and service to a customer that has bought two cars from your lot in the last 5 years then I may need to start looking for another place to service my car and new nissan dealer to buy from. So in short they were dishonest about a promotion , rude when inquiring about price matching as well as denied the price match. I would avoid this Nissan Dealership! More
