My Review of Gary Crossley Ford:
We have been lied to and had promises made before we picked up a 2007 new ford truck, and I am not going to sign the finance papers till I get to visit with Gary Crossley, also one of the bosses said he was God also, working there.
I will never buy, and tell everyone I know about this company.

My Review of Gary Crossley Ford:
I have owned a new vehicle for a week and Crossley Ford has still failed to find a way to finish prepping this vehicle. It has a factory stain on the rear seat. I do not believe that there is any intention by Crossley to EVER deal with this issue.
The accommodation provided by the service dapartment were slow.
The employees arrived late for the advertised start time, there was an unannounced expectation that I would pick up financial responsibility for the "free" rental car, the employees in the service area were doing absolutely nothing to create an impression that they were even remotely interested in problem resolution.
The problem remains unresolved and there has been no attempt by Crossley Ford to contact me and resolve the defective part issue.

My Review of Gary Crossley Ford:
We came in looking for a specific vehicle. This salesperson told us that the dealership was going to be getting the vehicle we were looking for and if we were willing to put down a deposit, which we were, he would call us as soon as it came in for us to come and look at it before he showed it to anyone else or sold it. Not only did we not receive a phone call at all, but it sold before we were even able to check on it. This is extremely unprofessional and I would not reccomend anyone go to your car dealership.
