This dealership handed me the key to the car and let me drive away and did not disclose to me that I was going to drive to omaha without a jack or spare and will not own up to it. No matter how the transaction took place The car should have its basic safety equipment included! ! On 6/3/20 We Drove up From omaha to sioux city To pick up a car that was purchased for me by a dealer in omaha . I Gave the check to John the general manager . He said a sales person name Tom would Help me with the delivery . We waited because car was being detailed . Tom finally brought the car and said I could go for a drive . We did that and came Back . Tom said it was a nice car and we were done and could leave for omaha . Excited I drove back to omaha. There I realized that the jack and spare and the pump for the spare were missing so next day I called them John the GM and Tom both were off . I asked the person if they could check to see if the jack and the spare were left in the detail Shop . Within a minute he said “no they did not have them” I has cost me $500 to purchase the items off eBay and would like for the dealer to pay for what I paid . Today I called again and was told they are not responsible for the missing parts. I have purchased many many cars from Woodhouse prior to this and always have been pleased . This location needs some training to in customer service and not use old car salesman language of the slimy past Of car business to brush off customers!!!!!!!!! More
