If you’re looking to make a deal that is bad for you and good for the dealer, this is the place for you! The staff was friendly, but completely unwilling to make a reasonable deal on a new vehicle purchase. good for the dealer, this is the place for you! The staff was friendly, but completely unwilling to make a reasonable deal on a new vehicle purchase. The deal also took hours for them to refuse to do anything while I repeat what I am asking for multiple times. On top of all of that, the new car had hail damage but they weren’t going to budge on price because they were going to “fix” it. Full MSRP for a damaged car they received insurance money on? Yeah….. We ended up going out of state to another Chevy dealer to purchase the same model but with slightly more options for an even better price than what we were trying to get woodhouse to do! Saved us over $3K by walking out that door. Don’t let woodhouse pressure you into a bad deal. There’s plenty of Chevy dealers around and inventory everywhere. The negotiation on the purchase we did make at the other dealer was such a better experience compared to Woodhouse! I would not recommend attempting to buy a car from Woodhouse unless money is of no concern to you. More

Would not recommend Woodhouse. They were super pleasant and nice but did not disclose everything up front, although I'm sure in their reply they'll say they were. I have all texts They were super pleasant and nice but did not disclose everything up front, although I'm sure in their reply they'll say they were. I have all texts and comm, proving otherwise. A nice salesman named Rick alerted me that someone had backed out of a deal on a new 2500hd and I jumped on it after he sent me a window sticker showing 49k. Since it happened fast and they wouldn't allow me to make a deposit to reserve the truck, I did rush through paperwork that was emailed to me. Long story short they added $5000 market valuation to the purchase price (I assumed that was the total finance amount with interest, my fault) as no where did it say that $5000 was going to be added to the sticker price. I apparently was supposed to gather that on my own from the other trucks they have listed on their website, who knew? When I contacted Rick, who was SO nice before, he told me if I was unhappy I could try to sell it to Carmax. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I was excited to build a relationship with Woodhouse, and instead have to see what my attorney says. Probably make a good news story huh "Woodhouse slips in 5k adjusment on 25 y/o business owneer during covid" exciting. All in all, just read everything very carefully, and ask a lot of questions. If its too convenient, there's probably a reason. More
