Had issues with the pickup we bought from the purchase date. Took back to have issues resolved from a check engine light issue among other issues. Was told could not replicate the issue with the check eng date. Took back to have issues resolved from a check engine light issue among other issues. Ended up having to have repairs done paid out of pocket at another Ford dealer, as the issue and repairs made was not under the extended warranty we bought. I feel the service department at Woodhouse ford never truly diagnosed the issue. Will never go back, poor customer service, they tell you what you want to hear. Now, there is no response from the dealer when trying to communicate with them. Very unprofessional dealership. More
