My Review of Woodhouse Ford:
Always had to wait for the salesman to get freed up. Nice guy, but always too busy - or so it seems. Turned out that the Ford I bought had an outstanding recall that had not been repaired. You would think that since it is a reputable dealer and a Ford dealer that they would have fixed this before they put it on the lot. I had to call them up and confirm that the recalll was outstanding and set up an appointment. They did give me a loaner, however. Overall, they seem to be pleasant people to deal with even though they would not budge on their trade-in price for my Acura.

My Review of Woodhouse Ford:
I went to Blair NB to buy a car. They would only sell me the vehicle I wanted if I would also buy undercoat paint protection and fabric protection for an additional $850.00. Than they wanted to show my address in another state so I would have a bigger rebate. When I question them about this I was told they do it all the time don't worry about it. I would not trust these woodhouse people any further than I could spit.

My Review of Woodhouse Ford:
I recently visited this dealership with all intentions of buying a truck that day. After being approached by this individual I was constantly bombarded with price questions although I knew what kind of truck I wanted and repeatedly told the salesperson the price would depend on the truck. When I was tired of being hammered about price I threw out a low ball number and with that I was taken away from looking at the trucks and sent inside to "see what they could do." This sorry excuse for a salesperson said they could not meet my number. which I didn't expect them too, and implied that I should leave. I had never been talked down to like that in my entire life, and the salesperson never once tried to help me or make any other offers or work with me about anything. This was the worst customer service experience in my entire life, not just while car shopping. I would recommend avoiding this dealership, but if you do, for some reason, still shop there by all means do whatever you can to avoid "Jack" the salesman. He seems to be in his mid 20's and the biggest jerk I have ever had the displeasure of working with.
