I left my van on a Friday evening, was told the service advisor on Saturday would call, when I called late Saturday afternoon no one knew what was going on, I was finally told the Tech would look at it mon advisor on Saturday would call, when I called late Saturday afternoon no one knew what was going on, I was finally told the Tech would look at it monday. I called again at noon on Monday and was told the tech was a bout to check it but would be going to lunch so "call back in 2 hours". When I called I was told well the first tech is about to look at one problem then 2 other techs need to look at the other issues, It wont be ready today. I called on Tuesday at 10 to see what the status was, I was told the service advisor will call you in a moment, it's now 1:30 and no phone call. I have been a Ford person all my life, but Woody Anderson service has turned me off to ford completely. More
as with any car dealer do your homework, which i did. i as with any car dealer do your homework, which i did. i dealt with Will Howard on 2 seperate occassions.IN the first i spent about an hour looking an as with any car dealer do your homework, which i did. i dealt with Will Howard on 2 seperate occassions.IN the first i spent about an hour looking and driving the fusion hybrid. Will answered everything i asked, and if he didnt know the answer he went and found it for me. in between these 2 occasions i went to another Ford Dealership in Athens (they had a hybrid for my husband to test drive) and was ignored by the staff there for 15 minutes (i was standing in the show room) i finally got someones attention but he seemed etremely disinterested, and i felt that he didnt really want to help us ot at all. so 2 weeks ago tomorrow (4th) we had nothing to do and decided to run down to Woody Anderson to take a look at the cars. we parked in the back of the lot next to Jordan Lane, and Will actually came over to help us.. I had dealt with him 3 weeks earlier and to my surprise he remembered me and my name!! so for another 3 hours we spent the afternoon with Will. He has a wonderful attitude, very willing to help us out no matter what it was. we decided to purchase a fusion (not hybrid), that was there on the lot. when we in to start the paperwork, i was offered a drink as it was a hot day, he explained each and every piece of paper that he had and those we had to sign. He also got us set up with the yellow dot program, since i suffer from multiple medical problems, this is a great thing!! i spent over 1 month researching cars and an additional 2 weeks on the fusion alone. i am extremely glad Will was the first person i worked with. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends or family that is interested in purchasing a ford in north Alabama. More
We had a great buying experience. The salesman was friendly and helpful. However, though they had us sign a power of attorney for them to apply for our title, AND they had us sign the title applica friendly and helpful. However, though they had us sign a power of attorney for them to apply for our title, AND they had us sign the title application, they never told us they weren't actually applying for it. I finally called three weeks later, after not receiving the tag in the mail (as has always happened at other dealerships), and the salesman was quite rude. They never explained we needed to do that, but he seemed completely annoyed that I was calling to clarify. I'm not sure why they had us sign all those forms when they weren't going to do anything with them. Throughout the whole paperwork process, we had to ask about EVERYTHING. Both the salesman and the financing office acted like we should know what every paper we were signing was, and explained nothing. We were cash buyers, so no financing was even involved. More
