It has been more than a month since I purchased a car from this dealership, and I have been asking them for a 2nd set of keys for the car with no luck of getting it. I called Chris Ryan twice leaving him from this dealership, and I have been asking them for a 2nd set of keys for the car with no luck of getting it. I called Chris Ryan twice leaving him a message and no return of my call than I stated that in my review and the General manage Joe left me a message at ratemydealer. com apologizing and he said someone will call me tomorrow that was 1/29/2012 today is Feb 6th 2012 and no one has called me yet. This is not a good reputation for this dealership. I thought this dealership is one of the best but now I don't think so. Thank god that I have not refer any of my friend to this dealership. Its unbelievable how they only care about selling the car . I ordered the remote and the key, took it to a Chevy dealer to program it... I put a request to JT the manager at the dealership with all the receipts and asked him to reimburse me for the cost. Within 2 days I got a check for the total amount. This proves to me that this dealership and especially JT cares about his customers. I am very happy and satisfy with the way JT handle my request . Thanks JT More

Salesperson Keith Dickerson, conducts himself in a very professional manner, courtesy, and communitive. He is also very well versed in the Jeep line of products, has all of the technical inforamtion pertai professional manner, courtesy, and communitive. Having brough, and or participated in the purchase of approximately 10 new vehicles (9 of which were Jeeps) in the past 10 years I found Keith very impressive in all areas of the purchasing process. I brought my 2004 Grand Cherokee in for 120,000 mile service. I usually don't bring it to the dealer for service, except for the extensive routine maintenance intervals (60,000 or 120,000, etc.) This service. I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly Chris and everyone else was throughout the process. I usually expect a fair amount of apathy if not flat out pressure and intimidation whenever I'm dealing with a car, whether buying or servicing. There was none of that at World Jeep. They performed all the required service in one day. I just wish I knew beforehand they had a shuttle service and loaner cars. It was expensive as expected (>$2000). However, my Jeep does drive smoother now. I would not hesitate to bring my car there again for service. Although the real test will be how much longer my Grand Cherokee will last. Hopefully a couple more years... More

I put off buying a car for nearly a year and am SO GLAD I waited! I found a few I really liked but was put off by overly agressive salespeople. I "cold-called" World Jeep after seeing an amazing price onli waited! I found a few I really liked but was put off by overly agressive salespeople. I "cold-called" World Jeep after seeing an amazing price online for a gorgeous SUV I had wanted, and was put in touch with Allan Chapman. He was on top of everything, yet reinforced I should make sure I find the car I liked and wanted. His advice was sincere and his knowledge unparalelled. I had bought my trade in from World Jeep and nearly forgot since it had been a while, and would definitely go straight back again to them down the road when one day it is time for a new car. I rarely write reviews but Allan was so awesome I hope other people make sure to reach out to him if they are looking for a new or used car. The service on every level was flawless and the variety and abundance of vehicles was extremely impressive. Without question, A+ dealership and A++ to Allan Chapman! More

Great salesperson and great dealership. They listened to us and gave us exactly what we wanted, no hard/pressured sale and we have bought many new cars so we have dealt with all types! Thanks to the internet you get all the necessary information before you leave your computer so we knew what we wanted just had to connect with the right person and dealership. John Suell spoke to us and answered all our questions and showed us a 2012 Jeep that met and went beyond our needs and the price was right where we wanted to be. Once we made the deal, we filled out the necessary papers and they took our 2006 Jeep at a very fair price on trade-in. We were cruising in the new Jeep the next day. I highly recommend World Jeep, John Suell or for that matter all sales personnel on staff. Even the General Manager and Finance Person treated us respectfully -- as people not just another sale. Have and will continue to recommend World Jeep highly. Thank you and it's worth the trip to Shrewsbury, NJ. More
