The serious engine prob Nina Bisozio was extremely helpful and professional in helping me through a six month long Subaru of America assisted repair. The serious engine problem with my car was created by another Subaru dealership when they serviced my vehicle back in December 2018 and persisted for 5 months. As hopeless as I was, in June 2019, I decided to take the car to World Subaru, and Nina was my service advisor since then. During the six months long SOA assisted repair, Nina has always been super professional, explaining all the technical questions that I have about the vehicle and the repairing process. And most importantly, she was very considerate in providing me a loaner vehicle whenever I needed it, while other dealerships may have just told you to come back in a week because 'they do not have a loaner car at the moment.'. Nina, Ian (World Subaru's tech), and Tyler worked hard to diagnose and repair my car. They discovered that multiple key timing components were installed incorrectly by the other Subaru dealership. To fix it, they ended up taking the engine apart and covered it all under warranty. I would recommend World Subaru and especially their service department to anyone who owns a Subaru. They truly put their customers first. More
