I was in a bit of a time crunch so the seamless process was great, I got to choose the color of the outside car and in less then two days picked it up. Great experience as a first-time buyer I had already picked out the car I wanted online and was glad that it hadn't been sold by the time I made it to the dealership. My boyfriend was there ahead of me so by the time I pulled up he and Shane Henderson, our salesperson, were ready with the keys for me to take a test drive. Shane was helpful and friendly and answered any questions I had. Mike D'aiello was also incredibly friendly and helpful, he walked me through all the financing and made it all easy to understand so that I could figure out which extra warranties and care packages would work best for me. Overall, what could have been an overwhelming and nerve-wracking experience was pleasant and hassle-free. More

A Wonderful Experience I walked into World Subaru not knowing if I wanted to lease or buy. Lester Soto was kind and friendly and patiently explained all of my options, without any pressure. After thinking it over and a test drive, I decided I wanted to buy the Subaru Crosstrek. I was set on a manual in Khaki, but there was none within a 200 mile radius. Somehow, Michael D’Aiello (the swap mgr) worked some magic and intercepted exact car I wanted from the factory in route to another dealership. In the meantime I sold my used car fast and was without a vehicle. But Mike got my car delivered one week before my expected delivery date. I was very happy. He was upfront about additional costs, and didn't try to hide them from me until after the sale got serious (other dealerships promise you the world, spend tons of your time, then at the last minute throw a bunch of add on fees at you). Girsh is a very knowledgeable salesman. He didn't try to pressure or bully me into the sale. This was my first car purchase, and my experience here was comfortable and easy.
