After putting off buying a new car for a year because we dreaded the whole car buying experience, my husband and I went to World Subaru on Memorial Da After putting off buying a new car for a year because we dreaded the whole car buying experience, my husband and I went to World Subaru on Memorial Day looking to get a 2014 Subaru XV Crosstrek Hybrid Touring. Frank was very straight forward, listened to what we had to say, answered all our questions and was not pushy at all. After test driving the car, we were apprehensive about negotiating prices because they didn't have the car that we wanted in stock, but in the end, everything worked out well. They found a Crosstrek that had exactly what we requested and sent someone out of state to bring it in without charging any extra 'fees' for transportation costs (unlike some other dealerships we've gone to in the past). We had a great car buying experience and we will definitely go back there for our next Subaru. I recommend that anyone looking for a Subaru should go to World Subaru and ask for Frank Salamone! More

I was immediately greeted (not targeted) by friendly faces, in a comfortable atmosphere and with great personalities. While the car buying process can be time consuming (and stressful, it's an important investment!), Frank and all the staff I met were very courteous, helpful and even entertaining at times. STI Lease As I entered the dealership to return my previous lease, I had no intention of leasing another as I was considering another car type. I was greeted right away and was assisted immediately to process my return. I was offered water and coffee and was comforted by all levels of staff as I waited. Girsh Berman got my interest in the new STI and I was sold on the car. During the lease transaction, Girsh was very accommodating and moved through rather quickly and efficiently through the process. The staff were very accommodating as I tried for several hours to get insurance and even stayed 2 hours past close to get this deal done. Girsh and the rest of the staff were patient and deserving of my continuing business. They definitely went above and beyond my expectations with there service at levels I am accustomed to from higher end car dealers such as Lexus and BMW of whom I leased from in the past. I highly recommend this dealership and commend Girsh on his knowledge and thoroughness of the process which put me at ease. More

Frank was great - he found me the car and was willing to hold it for me until I was able to come in and do the paperwork. I first met Frank when I was waiting for service on my older Subaru Forester and was thinking of buying a newer car. He was very helpful, easy to deal with and didn't pressure me. So, after I had test driven a 2014 Subaru Outback at another dealership, I decided to call Frank to help me get the car of my dreams. I am so happy with my new Subaru. Frank showed my how everything worked, including getting my cell phone hooked up and helping my friend get her iPhone hooked up on her Subaru.
