I will start by saying that I do absolutely recommend Wyatt Johnson Kia to anyone, but my reasoning for the 3 stars is because of ONE employee that made my recent experience absolutely terrible. My husba Wyatt Johnson Kia to anyone, but my reasoning for the 3 stars is because of ONE employee that made my recent experience absolutely terrible. My husband and was involved in a bad accident which resulted in his car being totaled. We had an AMAZING experience at Wyatt Johnson Kia when we purchased my car two years ago, so much so that we decided to buy his car there too. Our sales person, Chrissy, was phenomenal. She went above and beyond trying to find us what we wanted and within our budget. We found a car and proceeded to the finance department and this is where the experience turned to crap. We had outside financing but somehow that wasn’t enough and the lovely -insert eye roll- Mr Jeffery decided he was going to bully us into checking out the financing with Kia even though we said no several times. “Oh come on it won’t hurt to see what you can get” but somehow Kia could get us a lower percent, same loan term but with a higher payment, by over $150. We said no and said we’d stick with our own financing. During that time I left to go get a check from the bank for our down payment and when I returned, I walked in to being told the price for the payment with Kia and when I said no, we’ll stick with our own financing, his attitude changed drastically. He got incredibly rude and tried to tell me to just deal with the MSRP pricing because “that’s already a really good deal” to which I said “not really” and he laughed and said “oook”. At this point I was asking for them to match the price for the online price and told them another dealer could get me a better price to which he said “ok, then go there”. I laughed and told him I would, we asked our sales person to come to financing to let her know why the deal wasn’t going to happen and then the manager walks in. He was ok with the lower price, but for some reason Mr Jeffrey was not and kept saying I was lying just to get a better deal and mumbling under his breath. He continues on finishing up the paperwork and asks “do you want the maintenance package?” I said no. He looks me dead in the eyes and laughs and says “well are YOU going to be doing your oil changes and maintenance?” I said “no, I will go to the service department and buy the package when I need it”. Apparently that was funny too. Everyone else we have dealt with has been wonderful, hands down. Chrissy was great! And shout out to Scott in service, he always makes it a great experience getting my oil change done. Just be aware when you go to finance because I will 100% always recommend asking for a different person if you get Jeffrey. More

2025 trading a 2024 Bronco 9 months old for a 2025 Carnival, The offer was half the value. 6k miles I return for a scheduled oil change. 3hr wait, after I left I got a call from. The service rep to r Carnival, The offer was half the value. 6k miles I return for a scheduled oil change. 3hr wait, after I left I got a call from. The service rep to return as I'm leaking oil. Error was corrected and we're Florida bound. Service engine light comes on during the drive, it was low on oil. Upon our return I scheduled a service and the service manager seals the motor after an oil change. This was a 4 hr wait. I pay for both oil changes. I make an appointment for Thursday at 1pm. Upon my arrival I'm told there is a 3hr wait. ? What's the point of making an appointment? Im told that if I can get to the service dept on sat at 7am, I may get in quicker. Im first at 630am. When the doors open the cars are 6 deep. Im given a recommend list of services for a car that has 18k miles totaling nearly $500. I only get the oil change and since there was no oil leak, this one i didn't have to pay as it was not topped off from the last visit. After I left I got an email that says it was recommended replacement of both front tires due to uneven ware at over $700. HOW are tires bad at 18k miles and the service department has had the vehicle twice prior? I bought a KIA Sorento new from them when they were on riverside. I still have it. Im going to have a hard time going back for anything else. More
First and foremost I brought my 19 Kia Sorento here to have a scan done and they attempted to charge me for 2 diagnostic fees for the same related problem. After paying for the diagnostic they still didn’ have a scan done and they attempted to charge me for 2 diagnostic fees for the same related problem. After paying for the diagnostic they still didn’t give me anything knowledgeable insight that I didn’t already know. They then quoted me over $2500 in repairs when in fact the repairs that they quoted me wouldn’t have even fixed the problem. I had the vehicle fixed at my mechanics shop for less than half the total price I was quoted which included parts and labor. Then a month later the dealership contacts me saying they’d like to purchase the same vehicle and I told them I didn’t want my time wasted as I know what the vehicle is worth both retail and private party selling price. They assured me they’d give me and I quote a fair and market value offer and not waste my time. I went it for the appraisal and they only offered me $4000 for my 19 Kia Sorento that retails for 15k and sell value 8k. Stay far away from this dealership, completed waste of time. More

This is kind of mixed review, The sale experience was great! They had the car I was interested in pulled up front when I got to there for a test drive. The negotiations and finance paperwork was quick a great! They had the car I was interested in pulled up front when I got to there for a test drive. The negotiations and finance paperwork was quick and painless. They even filled the tank! The post-sale experience has been absolutely awful!!! Shortly after buying the car, I discovered flaws in the paint that became apparent when the car was out in the bright sunlight. I took the car in and was initially told there was nothing they could do. After speaking with a sales manager, he agreed that it should be repaired by KIA. It's now been over 3 weeks and I still don't know what's going on despite multiple phone calls and visits to the dealership. Promised return phone calls don't happen! And every person I've spoken to seems to have a different story. I also referred my father to the dealership. As part of the deal, I was supposed to get a cargo net for my car as a referral bonus, it was even written up as a "we-owe" in my dad's deal. When I went back to the dealership to collect it, the salesman said, it was not ordered, and he would get it tomorrow and call me. You guessed it...still no call! More
Kolby at Wyatt Johnson Kia in Clarksville, TN was truly a blessing when it came to helping my grandma buy her new car. Watching someone treat her with the level of kindness, patience, and genuine respect t a blessing when it came to helping my grandma buy her new car. Watching someone treat her with the level of kindness, patience, and genuine respect that Kolby did meant so much to me. He made her feel heard and valued every step of the way. What could’ve been a stressful or overwhelming experience turned into something really special because of him. His professionalism was top-notch, but it was his heart and warmth that truly stood out. I’ll always be grateful for the way he took care of her. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares, ask for Kolby, you’ll be in great hands. More
