The technician was also helpful. and respectful. 10 1/2 hours in 3 different days to do a deal and failed to get that I wanted. I paid like full price for a KIA Sportage then at the very end they took away the trailer hitch I wanted. Left not good feedback for in house and they got back with an email saying they would like to address my concerns. 4 emails and 3 phone calls later all is silent. Sorry I caved at the end and gave up the hitch. Wife is still mad at me. The 10 1/2 hours was mostly just waiting for them with pricing. I should have walked first day. Only reason they got a 2 star is Brent the salesman was very nice. come back after reading last question about service department being important.
