Service Dept. awful so don’t buy from here. I only bought tires and I’m now on my 4th trip back. Recommended awful tires, tires were not balanced, were over inflat awful so don’t buy from here. Absolute Nightmare! !!!! Purchased an suv and the person detailing it scratched and dented vehicle. It took 2 months several trips and multiple days of waiting for hours !!!! Pedro the finance guy messed up a name on our paper work as well as lost our original purchase agreement and 3 months later still can’t get our car registered. Again after several phone calls and trips I have a brand new car that I can’t even get a license plate for. The guy is a complete idiot. They also try to charge about 10k more in person than their prices listed online. If you want to pay a car payment on a car you can’t drive go here. Most unorganized dealer I have ever seen. More

I bought my car from Yates Buick GMC on May 13th, 2023, my car has been in the shop now 5 time since May 2023. I was sold an extended warranty thru Pedro in finance because I was told that the manufactures my car has been in the shop now 5 time since May 2023. I was sold an extended warranty thru Pedro in finance because I was told that the manufactures warranty expired because of the 63,000 miles that were on the carr. My car in back in the shop again because the throttle has to be replaced and it is covered under the manufacture warranty that I was told my car didn't have. I was lied to and it HAS NEVER BEEN DISCLOSED to me until 1/3/2024 that the repair is covered but now I have to pay a $250.00 deductible on the manufactures warranty that I didnt even know existed on my vehicle. The car has been nothing but problem after problem and I don't feel safe in this vehicle and I am not sure if the work is being done correctly. I bought a 2020 crap Encore and I believe this car is a liability and hazard. Yates ought to be ashamed of themselves for lying and selling substandard vehicles to their customers. Bottom line is you guys have lied to me and not once disclosed that there is still a manufacturers warranty on this dang vehicle. More

Traded in vehicle to purchase Ram pickup. Very fair deal and salesmen(Robert) and financing people(a different Robert) were very good at their job. BUT since deal was made, they (the Robert's) will not return any calls. Voice mails are full and cannot accept anymore messages. Emails go unanswered as do text. Didn't pay off my loan so I had to make another payment on vehicle that was traded in. Couldn't get any answers to what issue was. Had over 20 unanswered calls and emails into them. Very poor customer service after the sale. Will not recommend or will not buy another vehicle from them. Just beware after deal is done, you do not exist anymore. Worst experience after purchase I have ever had. Still having issues with paperwork being delivered to me, and again, no response of any kind from the inquiries. It would of only taken 2 minutes to return email or call. Just beware. More

iYates contacted me when i was searching for new Buick on internet. I told them exactly what I wanted and said it had to be red, red, red, or maybe my wife would consider red. Told them price range I was offered and they said they could match or beat that offer. I asked if they were sure because there were several dealerships a lot closer. They said they had a red one and could beat my offer.We drove down there and they had a red one and could beat my offer, just not on the red one. they wanted a little over $8000 more. I had only mentioned we wanted nothing but red 8 times. My wife and I looked at each other and got up and left. Found exactly what we wanted at another dealership an hour later and drove it home. More
