sold a gmc that had the transmission break in less than 14,000 miles , that's 14,000 total miles on the 2023 gmc 3500. complete repair june, maybe. not serices fault, it is poor management at GM , but Yell More

You are not wrong to be upset; this was a bad case. We do believe that after we delivered the bad news, we were able to get your truck back to work as quickly as possible and of course the costs were covered by Yellowstone Motors and General Motors. Having to make a warranty claim is never pleasant—not on any product—but certainly it’s worse on a brand new truck! We hope we were able to minimize the unpleasantness and want you to please let us know if there is anything more we can do, now or in the future.
