Should have took to a different dealership, was told my problem would be personally handled by service manager, not done and upper management assured I’d get my truck fixed right. My review on Facebook will not be good and others can read about lack of skill or knowledge to work on trucks! I expected better quality of work from a certified chevy service department. Notified store general manager about my newest issue 2 days ago and no reply! Another disappointment! More

My Tahoe still isn’t fixed. My husband picked it up 3/26/24 after 12 days. supposedly the all 4 shocks, strut arm, suspension arm were out It is still making the jerking mot My husband picked it up 3/26/24 after 12 days. supposedly the all 4 shocks, strut arm, suspension arm were out It is still making the jerking motion I will be call in the morning for another appointment And the dealership will give me loaner car to get to work because the warranty for a rental is maxed out. So be expecting my call in the morning. Because I’m not happy My husband said it’s either the transmission, drive shaft or rear end going bad.
