I have went to them for years for service, and there was only one period of time where I was less than please, and that service manager is no longer there. Donald Atkins is an excellent service manager, and the service writers are courteous and efficient. I just bought a 2017 Silverado and did not shop at another dealership. My salesman was Justin Whittington, and I predict big things in the future for this young man. He was knowlegable of the product, and very helpful, but the service department should get a little credit here also. I will not buy from a dealer where my service experiences fall short of expectations. Over the years I have worked with the body shop, parts, service, and now sales. It is my hope that they keep what have got going, going! More
