My dealings with them was a lease buy out. I was quoted 4.99 percent with GM Financial.When it came down to the signing the rate ended up being 7 percent! Don’t what changed. Adding $8 for supplies is just a money grab. There are no supplies used in an old change. Do you add extra to the bill in the winter when you have to turn the heat on??certainly adds to the cost There are no supplies used in an old change. The supplies charge amount should have been clearly stated. Just like the extra DOC fees added after the dealer is agreed upon. There is a reason car dealers are held in such low esteem by the public. All of you are the same not just this dealership. Trust is earned and everything should be in writing up front. Hourly labor rate plus shop supply charges which easily adds another $10 to the hourly rate. Sadly the mechanics dont see the money just another revenue stream for the dealership More
