Courtney was also very friendly although she didn't work with me directly I thought that it was a sincere pleasure when she remembered who I was when I came back to pick up my car two days later after having it detailed before I took it home. A fantastic experience from start to finish! I went to every car dealer in town and was afraid to get out of my car because there were five sales agents waiting to swarm me the moment I opened my door. When I went to Youngblood Kia I was amazed there was one person to whom I could direct my inquiries and from there they would page a sales agent to assist me. Tony Morris was my sales agent and he was amazing! Not once did I feel pressured. In fact, I was amazed he didn't expect me to buy a car that day. Even knowing that he still spent hours with me test driving and trying to find the best car for me at the best price. Three weeks later when I decided to buy, I went back through my research from other offers from other dealers and decided none of them gave me better service than Tony. When I went back, even though it was late in the day, Tony and sales manager Ryan Welch quickly got down to the business of finding the best car for me. There was no waiting around and in twenty minutes Ryan had a brand new car for me to test drive and best of all it was in my price range! Previously, I had been looking at used cars but kept running into warranty issues. Two hours later I drove off the lot in my brand new car. Ryan worked so fast even taking documents to the finance department himself. I was so happy with my experience with these two I will be doing business with them for years to come. More
The Price of an oil change could come down a few bucks, but other than that great friendly service. Several times people have had to stand or sit outside because of the few number of seats in the waiting room. More
First visit was a little confusing. I waited in line for about ten minutes in the Nissan Service Department on the North side of the dealership before I was redirected to Kia Service on the South side. I am so pleased with my Kia Sorento! I took my sorento in for service and maintance inspection. Dwayne in the service dept is just AWESOME! He was so helpful and answered all my questions. My car search was long and seemed to be hopeless, untill the day I heard from Warren Decker (salesman for Youngblood). He was the most honest, personable cars salesman I had came across. I took a position within my company in which requires exstensive travel. I was in no hurry to purchase a vehicle and in fact it was not vital to me until the end of this summer. After doing much research and shopping for the vehicle that fits my needs and so many pushy, unrealistic salesman, by the time I heard from Warren it was an ultimate relief. He wanted to know what I needed and he found it for me. He gave me different options and let me decide which way to go. He was more worried about getting me a relistic price than his commision. Having said all this, in eighteen months or so when it's time for me to purchase another new vehicle I will return to Youngblood in hopes to find Warren. More
I was looking for a specific car with specific accessories, in a hard to find specific color..and they found it. Warren drove eighteen hours to get the car for me while Eric kept me informed and accessories, in a hard to find specific color..and they found it. Warren drove eighteen hours to get the car for me while Eric kept me informed and took care of the preliminary paperwork. Since I had to travel some 400+miles myself, they offered to take care of a motel room for the overnight stay and they gave me a loaner car to drive. Steve had the honor of getting my signature on about ten documents and then the deal was done. Everyone was just as nice in person as they had been on the numerous phone calls and emails that had occurred during the arduous process of procuring the car for me. I especially appreciated warren's extra efforts to see that I got exactly what I had dreamed of having. And through all this time he had a brand new baby son at home. What a sweet and conscientious young man. This was a good experience. This purchase was as it should be..no pressure to take things I did not want and no games with the pricing. As I said, a good experience. More
