I purchased a 2002 Kia Sportage in 2002, drove it off the lot. In the last four and a half years I have had it in for service on over a dozen major problems, including: fuel leak, that took over a year to lot. In the last four and a half years I have had it in for service on over a dozen major problems, including: fuel leak, that took over a year to find and fix, my son and I inhaled gas fumes in the meantime; took it to an independent mechanic b/c the service dept. at Youngblood was so incompetent and condescending, for new brakes at 22,000 miles, there are 23,000 miles on those brakes and they are having problems; the clutch fan fell apart on the interstate; the sun visors broke off and John Youngblood refused to replace them b/c I had moved and didn't have the originals; currently the locks unlock by themselves, in park and drive, again, Youngblood will not repair; the 4wd will not engage and Youngblood will not repair---my vehicle is 4 1/2 years old w/45,000 miles, well within the five year/60,000 mile bumper to bumper warrenty. I've called Kia, I've spoken to every person and then some at Youngblood to no avail, Kia's are poorly made and the warrenty is a sales gimmick. Youngblood and his employees are difficult to work with, condescending and incompetent. More
