Patriot Ford was our last stop of the day and boy are we glad we pulled in. They did not come a running before we got out of our vehicle. We met our salesman Sean Barnes and told him what we were looking for and our price range. He listened to his customers (us) and showed us exactly what we were interested in. He gave us what you call a "out the door price." No haggle no back and forth. We very much appreciated his friendly, professional and knowledgeable demeanor. David Cochenour our finance guy was excellent also. Thank you Patriot Ford for the excellent experience. Your dealership is top notch in our book and we would will recommend you to anyone we know. We shopped with this dealer based on a referral from a co-worker. Everyone we dealt with treated us great! Rusty Kyle was our salesman and he really worked hard to get us in the truck we wanted. Breck did a wonderful job finding the car just the right way I wanted it. Sam made sure that the deal was designed just for me. Called the dealership and talked to Breck Draper on the phone. He answered every question I had and elaborated on any other options I had available to me. Quoted me a ballpark number of what I could buy th phone. He answered every question I had and elaborated on any other options I had available to me. Quoted me a ballpark number of what I could buy the truck for and it was already better than Wadley, Reynolds, and Stanley Ford dealerships. Ended up getting all numbers finalized in MAYBE an hour's time and setup a time the next day to pickup my truck. Met with Breck who was as professional as you could be about it and I could truly see he cared. Met Sam (the owner/gm) and thought it was pretty cool that he was there interacting with customers instead of just collecting checks. Very different atmosphere and upfront and honest. Met the service dept and they were friendly and seemed very trustworthy as well, and couldn't see how they wouldn't be. Finished my whole car deal and was out with my brand new truck in less than 45 mins and that included Breck teaching me every button and gadget I have. Will never buy a car anywhere else and you shouldn't either. More
