The car buying experience has been a complete nightmare! We purchased our 2023 jeep grand wagoneer at the end of March 2023. We have taken it in on several occasions for a variety of issues from recalls, 4w We purchased our 2023 jeep grand wagoneer at the end of March 2023. We have taken it in on several occasions for a variety of issues from recalls, 4wd drive sensors, defective window pane, and more recently an engine issue. Customer service has been awful and they do not communicate anything unless I call for an update. We are a large family and need seating for 6. When I asked for a loaner they gave me a 5seater even though the assured me I would be in something to accommodate my family. 3 months later i received my vehicle back and after one day, all sensors are on and my vehicle will not start. They are the worst. More
