We have been dealing with HZCDJ for almost four years now. Took our van (bought there) in for a recall; the recall notice stated that it would take 45 minutes. My wife went up to the Grandville location to have a recall serviced. The staff notified her that it would take an hour or so and they offered to drive her and the children home. The staff removed the car seats and properly secured them into the transport vehicle and drove the family home. When the van was ready, they came back to the house, installed the car seats back into the transport vehicle again and drove back to the dealership. I called the service department to get in for a new battery and oil change. They advised me that the quick lube portion could handle it and would save me some money in the process which was nice. I got right in when I arrived and while getting those things done I inquired with the service dept. about an issue that I was having with my power windows. They explained that an extended warranty had been added for that issue and made an appointment to get me in the very next day to get them fixed. I am very pleased with the staff in their service dept. In addition I had purchased the vehicle there a few years prior and also had a good experience with the sales staff as well. More
