We just walked away from a very disappointing experience with Hyundai Ziegler of Holland that reflects poorly on their customer service and internal communication. During our visit, staff acknowledged dire with Hyundai Ziegler of Holland that reflects poorly on their customer service and internal communication. During our visit, staff acknowledged directly to us that a mistake had been made on their end. The store manager called the regional manager in Kalamazoo seeking direction. We then waited in the lobby for approximately three and a half hours with little communication or progress toward a resolution. After this extended wait, we were informed that we would need to take responsibility for the issue, despite the earlier acknowledgment that it was not our fault. This handling of the situation felt unprofessional and dismissive of our time. The lack of consistency, accountability, and clear communication made an already frustrating situation significantly worse. No meaningful solution or ownership was offered after hours of waiting. We left having to pay for fees we were never made aware of and feeling blamed for an issue that was initially admitted as a dealership error. We were given the phone number for the regional manager in Kalamazoo and after multiple calls have yet to hear back from him. Based on this experience, we would not return and would encourage others to carefully consider this location if customer service and accountability are important to them. More

Took 2 weeks to schedule an oil change. I came for my appointment and waited an hour before they started working on it.
