We contacted the dealership and were connected with Kim. Kim was very helpful in finding the exact vehicle that we wanted and spent a good portion of the day putting together a deal we were happy with. We made an appointment to pick up the vehicle the next day. Kim was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and taught us how all the bells and whistles worked. Caryn from the financing department guided us through the paperwork and helped us to pick some options for further maintenance coverage. She was very helpful. Kim made it clear that if we needed any further assistance with the car down the road to please contact her. Very great non-pressured experience! More
