Zeigler Subaru in Lafayette has always been honest and respectful. I never feel like they are trying to sell service that is not needed. So, there is now trust there. Crew, my service advisor is great. He is thorough and professional. I appreciate him keeping me informed of the progress of my vehicle. The only dealership issue I have is the $3 He is thorough and professional. I appreciate him keeping me informed of the progress of my vehicle. The only dealership issue I have is the $30 miscellaneous charge for normal operating expense items (shop towels, wear and tear on tools, etc.) When you spend over $1000 for service, I think these items should be included.
