I to had a bad experience with the finance person Theresa Clemens. She was extremely aggressive about trying to sell the extended warranty. She was very hard sell. We purchased the extended warranty and the very next morning called Theresa to cancel it. We were told the paperwork hadn't even gone in and it would be removed. Well, it has still been added to my balance at the bank. We spoke with Kevin and he also assured us it would be removed. This experience has not been good. I feel I was deceived and am extremely unhappy. More
