Mistreatment My wife took our car in for service. She was told the belt was bad and it would cost $204 to fix. That is completely false and it was clear she was ge My wife took our car in for service. She was told the belt was bad and it would cost $204 to fix. That is completely false and it was clear she was getting taken advantage of. I had to call to figure out why such a simple project would cost so much. They dropped the rate , but if I didn’t call she would have been paying double what this work costs. She ended up spending 3 hours at the dealer. Because of this we will not be bringing our vehicles back. If I can’t trust a place to treat my wife as they would treat me then they do not deserve our business. More

Great customer service and pricing. I always take my vehicle to Racine Toyota for maintenance. One of the panels underneath my vehicle had come loose and I had trouble fixing it myself.
