Once I decided to purchase my vehicle, he was very prompt in getting it ready. His dealings were honest and straightforward and I never felt I was being misinformed. My only criticism would be in his failure to follow up,on my initial contact and test drive. He explained he was waiting for rebates he knew were coming and I appreciate that once I called him. It saved me quite a bit of money. I would recommend Jeff to anyone I know is looking at a GM vehicle. More
