He kept us informed all through the process and when it arrived the trade-in and purchase process was the most pleasant I have ever experienced. The finance department was curious and efficient. The car was delivered to us in perfect condition and Gerald even went to the trouble of setting up our Bluelink accounts, Apple CarPlay and throughly explained all the features of our me Santa Fe hybrid.
