We had a great conversation, finding out what our needs were. Luis worked quickly to locate the vehicle we were looking for. Once the vehicle was located it arrived quickly. When picked up the vehicle Luis sat down with us going over the features, he pulled out the owners manual where he had gone through the manual and paper clipped pages and highlighted important areas. This was the second vehicle I had purchased from Luis, my parents had also purchased a vehicle from Luis.
