We had the wonderful experience of looking at new and used vehicles to buy. Bob Chevalier was there to help while we were looking at new Escapes. We took it for a test drive and it was a great car, however, I felt it was a little too fancy for me. I asked to see some used Escapes or Mariners and Bob took us right over to that section of the lot. He asked many specific questions to make sure he knew what we wanted and so he could be sure to show us their options within our price range. Bob found a 2011 Mercury Mariner that had the "extra's" I was looking for and within our price range. I took it for a test drive and was very happy with it. It was the size, color and had all the features I wanted.
During the whole process of looking at the vehicles, waiting for the process of reviewing our Taurus for a trade and then waiting for the financial process to get started, we were treated very special by everyone. Steve Johnson came over to personally greet us and assure us they would make sure we were pleased with our decision and purchase. I felt very honored to be able to meet the owner and actually talk to him. Bob Chevalier was very helpful and courteous. He kept in touch with us during the waiting process to reassure us things were in the works and they would move the process along as fast as they could. I really felt comfortable with Bob because he wanted to make sure we were happy and getting what we wanted. Matt Moore was also excellent to work with and very knowledgeable in showing us what our financing options were without pressuring us in anyway. I was very pleased with his professionalism and courteousness. He took all the time we needed which resulted in an excellent deal we felt completely comfortable with and knew we were making the right decision.
I have already recommended Zumbrota Ford to everyone I've told about our Mariner and will always do business with Zumbrota Ford. It is a family owned business and it is very obvious with the employees and how they work together. I didn't feel any pressure or sense of competition among the salesman at all.

I would have to say that this has been my first time dealing with Zumbrota ford and I was extremely impressed!!! Todd,Greg,Matt,Bruce and the whole Gang were so friendly and helpful. Not one time was there ever any type pushing me into buying. It was always about me and my needs first. If you are looking to buy a new or used car or truck, Zumbrota Ford is the place to go. There staff are some of the greatest people I have worked with ever when purchasing a vehicle.. Thanks everyone I love my F150 King Ranch!!!!

Everything was fantastic from trading in my 2005 Mustang for a 2014 Mustang. I came in with the expectation of trading into another used Mustang, but I got a better deal out of it. Drew, Steve, Matt, and Greg all were great and helped me get the best deal that I could get and I really appreciate it. It was just fantastic service and a great car too! Andy was very helpful and showed us what we needed,he was VERY pleasant Walt had nothing but PRAISE for him .HANG ON TO HIM. We wanted to buy from a small town dealer. We went to Zumbrota Ford and they price matched the vehicle we wanted for us without question. They were not pushy and we do not like to be pushed.
