My heart was set to getting a Silver 2018 EXL Civic with black leather interior, nobody had that exact vehicle and by nobody I mean NOBODY had it. I had already inquired with 3 other dealerships and I had asked my cousin's husband who knows people at the Honda dealerships for help... but only once I got in contact with Johnny was I able to get my car the exact way I wanted it. He was also the best rate$ I got! :-) Which of course made it even a more excited transaction overall. He makes sure you get a fair deal, unlike when I inquired at the dealerships directly and I have good credit and they were charging me ALOT more. Within minutes of speaking with him he had an ETA for my car, I had to wait apprx 45days for my vehicle since it was in transit from Japan but he made sure to secure that car for me. It was like a needle in a haystak. The service was EXCELLENT! he kept me in the loop of things while I inpatiently waited for my vehicle. Once the vehicle arrived he made sure they added my wheel locks and cargo hook that I had ordered, and had it delivered to him right away. I was able to pick up my car within 24hrs of it arriving to NJ. I love my car! I received it Super Clean and Fresh! I highly recommend Johnny! More
