Our lease was running out, when we decided to go to Durand Chevrolet to "roll some numbers." Our sales person, Joe Belanger, and Mgr. Joe Mazzapica, were extremely helpful. Before we knew it, we had chosen to purchase a "new" vehicle. A few days later, we were driving away in our new 2017 Chevy Cruze.

An issue arose with my OnStar Module and Battery Pack. After discussion with the Service Manager and Service Consultant my cost for the module was waived due to a design change. As an extended courtesy my oil change cost was also waived. I've always had good experiences at Lannan ever since I purchased my 2011 Chevy Impala there.

Purchased a 2013 Chevrolet Suburban. Mark from sales treated my wife and I like family. Very easy and fair negotiating process. Tim in finance was extremely accommodating, helpful, and very personable. They seemed to be more concerned about your satisfaction than a profit. Had a minor issue with the vehicle upon delivery. Service department was simply put, unbelievable. Took immediate care of the issue and was genuinely sorry for the issue.
Purchased many vehicles from many different dealers and this dealership was the best.

Mike DiPalao was so courteous and professional. He steered us as a young family in the right direction with our lease of a new Chevy Cruze. He listened to our desires, needs and wishes and came through on all of them. The salesman Mike had us work with was Matt Jones who also was very professional and a gentleman to work with. Last night my CEL came on. Being a former tech and GM Service Advisor I did some quick diag and determined the required repair and that it was indeed covered under Powertrain Warranty. I contacted the dealership via email before they even opened. With no response within 2 hours of them bring open, I called. While awaiting a call back, my vehicle worsened and was billowing smoke. At this point there were more than 5 working hours left in their working day so I just went straight over. Nathan offered for me to drop the vehicle off for repairs Monday or Tuesday. Again, being a former GM advisor I know alternate transportation is a possibility on warranty repairs. But Nathan refused alternate transportation. The required repair would take a competent technician 30-45 minutes. I was informed even leaving the vehicle for 5 hours, it would be an impossible task. Nathan didn't seem to care I was stuck between a rock and a hard place and offered no solutions other than leave your car, get yourself home and worry about it all yourself. Service staff are supposed to be helpful and empathetic, not display an I don't give a f*** attitude towards customers. Happy to say my next purchase won't be here!
Worst dealership - Squirrel
Don't waste your time going here. They are the worst. They don't even clean the snow and ice where the customers walk. I almost fell walking into the dealership. Then I stood there for about 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Took them another 20 minutes to get a salesperson to help and they do not have any female sales people which I think is strange. I didn't wait around for the salesperson to get me a coffee. I walked out.

This is a dealer who knows how to treat a customer right. Good service, great parts department, and a sales department that is friendly and fair to its customers. They offered me more money for my trade-in than any other dealer recently. Too bad GM is such a mess.

I had brought my car to my micanic for an oil change and told him about a recall I received for the Rear Crossmember he would not touch my car except to check that out. I called Tom Chevrolet and made the apointment. When I picked it up they said it was fine and put a coating on it. I then brought the car back to my micanic and they told me they didn't do anything and the rear cross member was all rusted and they only had coated what you could see by looking at it. I then call Chris and brought the car back to the dealership. I called the next day and Chris said it was just rusted, I said that is the same as corroded and he said no it was not. So we went back and forth for about 15 minutes. Then he tells me they used a machine to punch into the bar to test it. So I said, now is rusting out with punch holes in it and that just makes it worse. He kept say no and he's not changing it and I can do what ever I need to and call whom ever I want but he's not changing it. I can take it to another dealership. I have bought my last two cars there and 3 of my girlfriend also did. We will never do anything with them again. Every since they changed hands they are so aweful.
