Sales and service - 2017 GS
My positive experience with the service of my previous car lead me to purchase my new car from Durand. The sales experience was just as great.
Highly Recommended - Shawn P. Donahoo
Terry was my Salesman for a second time and once again the experience was a great one! Great service and a fair deal, highly recommended.
First Car Buyer - Psull13
Joe and Mike were great! Made my first car buying experience a breeze. Never felt as though they were overselling anything. They waled me through the whole process and were a tremendous help.

Transmission flush service and front end check. - Buddy
After balanced the return of my car the mechanic and I spoke about steering wheel sacking. Tires were balanced previously by Tire Dealer. Bob(Herb Connolly) said the checked alignment slightly off, but would not cause this issue. He said it could be a number of things: rooter warped, axle. He said struts were ok. He said at a 154,000 miles you could spend more but since it was so slight not to worry on a safety issue. I told him a may buy a new Chevy in the near future. All my repairs and service on my 2010 Chevy Equinox had been done at Herb Connolly Chevrolet.

Soup to nuts, this entire experience was awesome - PHILIP BUTTIGLIERI
I consider myself to be a very frugal (cheap) person when it comes to large purchases and when it came down to purchasing a no-negotiate certified car, i was a little caught off guard. i did my research and knew the price was right on and fair. The Alex (Sales), Edison, Bobby and Corey all took great care of me when it came to my trade. Mutual respect was established and with no pressure or second thoughts to a non-need car (Camaro SS). This was all great, but the true respect came when i took the car for service, as i managed to knock off something that they essentially made this motor-head look like a chump when the simply popped it back on... Not only did Edison, walk by and say Hey! How are you liking the Camaro" and other NON-small talk, then shortly after so did Corey and was met with a smile too. This pretty much sealed the deal for me, enough that i felt the need to do a survey out of desired obligation. This also was a 2 car purchase month and my wife and i came here first, but she wasn't seeing what she wanted in her price range, so where did we go?? HERB CHAMBERS JEEP across the street for another certified pre-owned Grand Cherokee. Again, great people to work with and again i didn't feel like i was being treated negatively or pressured at all. My wife also was treated with respect and like a person, unlike a few other locations which talked down like she didn't understand a vehicle at all. one benefit of tolerating a motor head like me. Both locations, i would definitely revisit. And as i am writting this, my poor wives Grand Cherokee got rear ended (She is ok) but i didnt think twice of who i wanted to touch her vehicle other than the Herb Chambers. Added note, Kristin in service is outstanding, friendly, remembers you and your scenarios, and great to work with. Even more impressive is the senior mechanic who i am disappointed i cannot remember his name. The ONLY person i would EVER trust to touch my car and more so, not think twice about it not being right after!! You need to know how much trust and respect this guy earned!! - i have never let someone touch my car except when under warranty or forced because i don't have a tire changer or balancer at home(yet).... Easy to talk with, no ego to bruise when i asked mildly contradicting questions. But AMAZINGLY Knowledgeable with the Camaro, i can only imagine what else he knows about. I'm telling you, he was a walking car Google!! i was talking about a rear diff sound and he said oh yeah, lets pull up the Brake KB off the computer..... NOT A Brake related sound, but the KB WAS under brakes and about a diff noise!! He pulls this out of his head like it was nothing. Walking frickin car Google!!! And if you read this far, i hope you enjoyed the rant and well deserved praises. They all certainly earned/deserve it!
Absolutely recommend!! - Amc617
I absolutely recommend Lannan Chevrolet in Woburn to anyone looking for a new or used car. Although I didn't purchase a car because the used car I wanted wasn't there (I'm super picky) the people here were absolutely amazing and so friendly. Lannan Chevrolet is the first dealership (I've gone to a lot ) that I felt welcomed and not like they were taking advantage of me because im young and a woman. I dealt with the internet manager Dave McBride and he was such a pleasure to work with. He was so helpful! I would recommend this place to anyone in the market!

Purchasing a car. - sjoyal10
It was a pleasure purchasing a car at this dealership. Have not brought the car in for the first oil change, not enough miles on the car. Have not received my coupon book, they ran out. Will pick the coupon book up at first oil change.
Awesome experience! - Kevin Rogers
Tom O'Connor went out of his way to make the buying experience easy, quick, and extremely fair! I can't recommend him enough!
Make sure to ask for Tom!
Autumn Pluntke Is the best Car sales rep I've EVER had - Alex11
Had a great experience at Boch Chevy, but what made this experience incredible was dealing with Autumn Pluntke! She was knowledgeable, professional and I would encourage anyone serious about buying a car to deal with her!
Thanks again Autumn
Wouldn't honor online price - Not happy
After corresponding with a rep of this dealer via email I went in to drive a Traverse. When we sat to talk price I was given a quote $4000 more than listed online and on an email sent to me. When I pointed this out the sales rep stated the "MacMulkin price" includes rebates for which I don't qualify. The only disclosure on the pricing reads: Tax, title, license and dealer fees (unless itemized above) are extra. Not available with special finance or lease offers. Needless to say I walked out and will never walk back into MacMulkin.
Oil consumption check - Sp123
Had them check the oil level in my truck 6 times . 3 out of the 6 times they checked the oil they said that it was full witch I personally checked the level before I brought it to them , it was 3/4 of a qt. Low And when I questioned it the services tech gave me a additude . They don't treat paying customers any respect.
Patient and Potlite - James McMullen
Liberty Chevy presented me with the most relaxed experience out of the handful of dealerships I visited throughout my search for a new truck. The atmosphere in Liberty's showroom was different than most dealerships I visited. It was relaxed but attentive, the staff was very polite and welcoming.
As a recent college graduate, this was my first "big-ticket" purchase, which added an element of pressure to the situation, as I had no real experience buying anything I needed to finance. Which lead to a lot of hesitation on my part throughout the search. Most of the dealerships I visited tried to pressure me into making decisions on the spot; some even went as far as to say the offer would be pulled if I walked out the door. At Liberty, I never got the feeling anyone was playing hardball with me. The staff was more than willing to let me take my time with any decision I was going to make. In fact, I was in and out of the dealership three times before I signed any paperwork. After I signed, they still displayed the same patience and courtesy they had before, making me feel like they not only wanted to lock down a sale, but wanted to provide a good car buying experience.
This is a dealer who knows how to treat a customer right.... - Doug139
This is a dealer who knows how to treat a customer right. Good service, great parts department, and a sales department that is friendly and fair to its customers. They offered me more money for my trade-in than any other dealer recently. Too bad GM is such a mess.
I had brought my car to my micanic for an oil change and... - stella03986
I had brought my car to my micanic for an oil change and told him about a recall I received for the Rear Crossmember he would not touch my car except to check that out. I called Tom Chevrolet and made the apointment. When I picked it up they said it was fine and put a coating on it. I then brought the car back to my micanic and they told me they didn't do anything and the rear cross member was all rusted and they only had coated what you could see by looking at it. I then call Chris and brought the car back to the dealership. I called the next day and Chris said it was just rusted, I said that is the same as corroded and he said no it was not. So we went back and forth for about 15 minutes. Then he tells me they used a machine to punch into the bar to test it. So I said, now is rusting out with punch holes in it and that just makes it worse. He kept say no and he's not changing it and I can do what ever I need to and call whom ever I want but he's not changing it. I can take it to another dealership. I have bought my last two cars there and 3 of my girlfriend also did. We will never do anything with them again. Every since they changed hands they are so aweful.
